about eitc
Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program allows donors to claim a 90% state income tax credit for any gift to an approved Educational Improvement Organization (EIO), like Philadelphia City Rowing (PCR).
PCR is a registered EIO with the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development. Your tax dollars can directly support educational programming that empowers Philadelphia’s youth through rowing, academics, and wellness education.
